About the Role
We are looking for a driven and motivated team member to be apart of the Tender team. In this position you will be involved in the strategic development of the company while working closely with the Commercial Manager.
We believe in leadership at all levels. No matter where you sit in the organization you can make a lasting impact on the projects you work on, the teams and committees you join and our business.
- Develop tender strategies
- Overall management of tender submissions
- Use of first principlesand oversee accurate estimates
- Management of subcontractor packages
- Consult with Project teams
- Form genuine relationships with key stakeholders (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc)
Skills, Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- 4 years + relevant construction and infrastructure experience in Australia
- Expert use of Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
- Recent experience with Candy estimating software
- Strong verbal and written communication
- High level of detail
